Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a master’s or doctoral-level clinician who specializes in behavior analysis.

- BCBAs also work closely with families, providing parent training and progress updates.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works directly with your child under the supervision of a BCBA.
- RBTs provide one-on-one therapy sessions, using the techniques outlined in your child’s treatment plan.

- RBTs also collect data during each session so the BCBA can monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
