Our BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) TEAM

Zoe is the Clinical Director and Founder of Early Years ABA Therapy. She has her master's in early childhood development/education and ABA. She is also a doctoral candidate in special education. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, she specializes in early intervention and is dedicated to helping young children develop communication, social, and daily living skills that support long-term success. Zoe leads the clinical team to ensure every child receives compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care. She is passionate about supporting families and mentoring clinicians to provide the highest quality services for every child. 

Angela Sunshine is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with experience providing ABA services to individuals ages 2-19 in clinic, home, and community settings. She holds master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Early Childhood Special Education and has a strong background in supporting children with developmental disabilities. Angela is passionate about helping children build meaningful skills and working closely with families to support progress. In her free time, she enjoys spinning, playing soccer, traveling, and watching Marvel and DC movies. 

Lindsay Patterson is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with many years of experience supporting children and families through ABA services across home, school, and clinic settings. She has extensive experience supervising clinical teams and mentoring behavior technicians and BCBA candidates. Lindsay is passionate about collaborating with families and helping children build meaningful skills that support independence and long-term success. 

Jessica Chan is a board-certified behavior analyst with over a decade of experience in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). A graduate of Columbia University’s ABA program, Jessica has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams across New York, Nevada, Maryland, and California. She is deeply committed to empowering clients with the skills needed to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Jessica is equally dedicated to mentoring aspiring BCBA candidates and behavior technicians, empowering them to achieve meaningful, long-term professional growth. 

 Mya is a curious, active, and always-learning kind of person! Through Early Years she has been able to do what she loves for 3 years and is excited to be starting her master's program this fall to further this passion. When she steps away from work, she recharges through running, biking, and reading. She also runs a parenting blog at TheParentPartner.net, where she shares honest, practical insights for parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 

 Mariam is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician who is passionate about supporting children with autism in developing meaningful and functional skills. She is currently pursuing her BCBA certification to further strengthen her clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practices. Mariam is known for her compassionate approach, strong communication with families, and ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments for her clients. She takes pride in collaborating with caregivers to ensure consistency and progress across settings. 

 Morgan has been an RBT since 2024, and it is her passion. She has her associate's degree and just got accepted to Wallace State to continue her education. Her goal is to become a BCBA and continue to support others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside hiking and kayaking. She loves animals and making new memories with her friends/family. 

 Kouadio is a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and pre-nursing student with over four years of hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He specializes in supporting individuals in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based and compassionate care. Known for his patience, adaptability, and strong collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, he strives to create meaningful and lasting progress in the lives of his students.

Erika is a registered behavior technician as well as a certified medical assistant, CPR certified. She is currently attending the University of Maryland School of Nursing, and she will be graduating this December. In her free time, she enjoys traveling around the country for her family's basketball league and enjoys doing lash extensions. 

Lumya is an energetic, joyful, and reliable RBT who brings positivity and enthusiasm to every session. She is passionate about helping children grow, gain confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones, and she loves celebrating each success alongside the families she works with. Her kind and encouraging personality helps create a supportive environment where children feel comfortable learning new skills. When she's not working, Lumya enjoys spending time with animals, getting creative with arts and crafts, and making the most of her free time with family and friends. 

Meron has over 10 years of experience working with young children, primarily those with special needs. She is passionate about helping each child build confidence, express their emotions, and feel included, while creating a supportive and encouraging environment. Outside of work, Meron enjoys spending time with her three daughters. They love going to the beach, hiking, watching movies, and making memories together.
